Franke Kindred - Price Increase Announcement

Dear Valued Customer ,

We very much appreciate your support of Franke during what has continued to be challenging times in our industry. While we put 2022 behind us, we find that we continue to face certain headwinds into 2023 particularly in the areas of labor, packaging, utilities, and logistics. While we have worked to offset a portion of these increases through efficiencies, we now find it necessary to implement a price increase effective March 1, 2023 .

The details are as follows:

1. A general price increase of 5% on all Franke, Faber and Kindred products. The price increase will be effective March 1, 2023 . New catalogs will be distributed prior to the increase implementation.

2. Orders received after February 28, 2023, will be invoiced at the new prices. Project quotes will be honored with the pricing at the time of the quote.

Dear Valued Customer:

While RWC remains committed to offsetting commodity increases and other cost pressures, increases in raw material, freight and labour now require a price adjustment to the list price on John Guest Fittings and Tubing.

The new pricing will be effective September 01, 2022.

For existing quotes with expiry dates beyond September 01, 2022, we ask you submit your purchase orders by August 31, 2022, with deliveries no later than 30 days. All other purchase orders received by August 31, 2022, will be honoured at the current list price and applicable discount multiplier with deliveries within 30 days.

Please note, while RWC will make every attempt to fulfill your orders, due to logistical challenges faced in the current environment, purchase orders that exceed your typical monthly run rate may be fulfilled at RWC’s discretion.

We are excited to announce that the MAAX price lists are back. Exclusively available online as a PDF file, the improved design focuses more on the products to provide a better and simpler experience navigating the pages and finding the information you need.

More good news: all of the price lists that were available before, i.e. National Canada and Retail Canada, are coming back and will be updated on the website every few months, with the exception of price increases which will be addressed as they occur.
